The genre/gravity defying duo of Danger Mouse and Cee-lo Green hooked up with JT, formerly of the Mickey Mouse club, for this ’80s era, public access dance-hour video for their new single. It’s as cool as it sounds, but what did you expect?
The Odd Couple is out 4/8

On The Roots’ new single, ?uestloves drums sound like they’re at war with Black Thought’s irrepressable vocals. In the video, looks like some poor white guy gets caught up in the melee. Get the mp3 after the jump.

Beck recruited consumerist photographer Chris Jordan for the video for his 2007 iTunes single, “Time Bomb.” It’s no gerbil-abusing Microsoft Paint odyssey, but the zooming images of mass American consumption paired with Beck’s “There’s a time bomb tickin’” refrain make for a subtle but powerful message. What’s Beck up to, anyway? [...]

Get some tips from Mario Bar in Copenhagen. It’s a Mario-themed bar with ten Mario drinks, i.e. the Yoshi, the Princess Peach, etc.
Pretty damn amazing. The website holds all the drink recipes for each.
I would recommend the “1-up:”
1 cl melon bols
1 cl vodka
1 cl milk
whipped cream
green frosting
Delish.

Even though hoarding those campaign signs and buttons may bring you some cash on some futuristic Ebay someday, it’s complementary to assume that Obama supporters like recycling. Therefore, Obama infused with Web campaign strategy has come up with this:
ObamaCycle is a social network site (wait wait, let me finish) where Obama supporters can join, post [...]

A quietly dream-like video for Jay-Z’s copasetic, Neptunes-produced American Gangster track, “I Know”. Shout out to the lovely Zoe Kravitz. Also, check out a surprise appearance from Jay after the jump.

The perennially elusive electronica duo The Postal Service recently emerged on a remix of Brit post-punksters, The Cribs’ song, “I’m a Realist.” The original song is from The Cribs very Strokes-y 2007 album Men’s Needs, Women’s Needs, Whatever and the remix is one of the very limited collaborations of Dntel’s Jimmy Tamborello and Death Cab [...]
